Amazing service from this place!!! I came here a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! I wanted to try something new and Carl was super patient and kind, and he helped guide me through the menu, offering me different options based on my love for strong and sweet coffee. On top of that, John was very sweet and fast with making my drink, all while making small talk with me.
This Starbucks place is not that busy here and I like it. It's must be Pistachio Season there's a new drink call Pistachio Latte & Frappe selling a Starbucks right now. And I'm trying out the New Sugar Cookie Almond-milk Frappe for the first time here. The other Starbucks down the street was close for the day and I went to this location. For my drink.
This review is based on cleanliness and customer service. I was going to order on the app but decided to just walk in. I had little to no time wait. I had my drink in just a couple of minutes. Very clean shop and friendly servers.
Conveniently located Starbucks, with a decent amount of space inside for working. Their restroom is located inside the lobby of the building they're in, so you have to go through the door to find it. They had a specific person manning the mobile orders - calling out names and making sure to give out the right orders to people who showed up, so that was great. They were unfortunately out of the drink I ordered, but didn't tell me until they went to make it, so that was quite a bummer - they could improve that by knowing up front before customers order their drinks. They did offer a substitution, but it's hard to say no when you've already waited for your drink and need to be on your way. Wifi was good, didn't have any issues connecting there. Tables were pretty clean and well bussed, so no complaints there. They had lots of staff, but were still pretty backed up with orders. There's also very little room to stand around to wait for your drinks, so that part could also be improved.
